Nutritional psychiatrists will be publishing a paper next month describing evidence found connecting nutrition and depression, and report that the "gut brain" connection is the crux of managing anxiety and depression for many. Imbalances in good vs. bad bacteria in the gut affects melatonin and seratonin levels in the brain.
